Becoming the director of my own company was something I always dreamt of, my whole career has been in childcare, joining from college, developing and enhancing my knowledge and passion over the years within private setting progressing my career. During my time I have been fortunate to manage in many counties from Kent to Birmingham experiencing different requirements in different locations setting up new nurseries as an area manager. Finally reaching my goal, in April 2011 when Footsteps Daycare was established and re-named Footsteps Daycare 2018, in March 2018.
We believe parental involvement is vital to your child’s education, learning and development, and at Footsteps, we involve parents/carers right from the start – all the way from the settling-in sessions, right up until graduation day!
Our baby room is laid out so there is a discreet area if parents wish to breastfeed on site.
Stay and play sessions happen regularly across all age groups, parents are more than welcome to attend and participate in the activities provided. This gives parents the opportunity to have an insight on how we work as a nursery and care for your little ones!
